Starlight Policies
Thank you for choosing to work with us. All sessions are holistic, experiential, and client-centered. Results and experiences vary from person to person. Services are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and well-being, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Sessions focus on the modality booked and may include supportive techniques at the practitioner’s discretion. Due to time limitations, it may not be possible to address all concerns in a single session.
By booking a session, the client understands and agrees that:

No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Some clients may experience emotional or physical sensations during or after a session. These responses are a normal part of holistic bodywork and are not grounds for refunds or disputes.
Clients are responsible for their own post-session integration and self-care.

Payment is due at the time of service.
All completed sessions are non-refundable, including dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, emotional responses, or subjective experience.
Missed expectations, changes of mind, or financial hardship do not constitute grounds for a refund once a session has been completed.

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Feedback is welcome when offered respectfully and in good faith.
Refund requests, threats of negative reviews, or attempts to use reviews as leverage are considered harassment and will not be engaged.
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse future services to any client whose behavior is disruptive, coercive, or misaligned with the practice.

By booking and receiving a session, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
