#1 Sacred Spaces
A slow and deliberate unwinding of your mind with a forest bathing experience connects you to the Earth, Trees, Water, Sunshine, Sky, Clouds, Stones, and Inner World beings. We will be hiking and resting in various vortex power spots on Mount Shasta for a complete reset, clear your energetic field, connect, and be nurtured by Earth Energies. I provide spiritual guidance, ceremony, prayers, sacred songs, bodywork, meditations, breath work, and all that is needed for a complete nervous system reset to gain new ideas, inspiration, and perspectives of your life path and goals with the help of Mount Shasta.
#2 Trauma Release Journey
This is a 1,5 days deep dive in therapeutic settings. Healing Session and Vortex Tour combined for a single purpose - help you to release the past and open yourself to the full potential of your future. Setting your intentions and being held by sacred temple space, you will go inward until you find your truth. Through the series of TRE exercises, you will be guided with specifically chosen techniques attuned to expand your state of body consciousness and energetic field attunement for powerful physical and emotional healing. All is possible here.

About me
I received my certification for therapeutic medicine journeys through the Center for Sacred Studies Stargate Mystery School. I trained for 6 years and have been offering these therapeutic journeys since 2006 for numerous clients. I love holding sacred space and working with the mystery of the medicine field. I am a Chi Nei Tsang - Taoist Abdominal Massage Practitioner, Chi Kung Teacher, Reiki Master, and Certified Somatic Stress Release Facilitator.
